I ordered contact lenses, and the company withdrew money from my credit card for the order, which was marked complete. Imagine my shock when afterwards, they required me to provide doctor's details! I'm not from the USA and don't have a local doctor. To me, a deal is a deal – don't accept my money and commit to an agreement, then afterwards require more info. It felt utterly unacceptable. This is why I had to leave this review and try to resolve it with customer service.
